Authors are invited to submit individual contributions via the online submission system. Both, submissions of abstracts and final contributions, should be electronic and can be done via the conference website. Pre-registration does not compel contributors to pay any fees until their paper(s) are accepted. An author is requested to submit first an abstract of the paper, which will be peer reviewed. If the abstract is accepted, then the final contribution may be submitted.
Please follow the instructions given in the templates carefully.
Abstract Templates
Prepare a one-page abstract according to the instructions given in the word template file:
The deadline for uploading the one-page abstract is 25th May 2019. Once you have submitted an abstract, you will receive the acceptance or not of your contribution, by e-mail. Only ONE contributed paper will be allowed for each registration.
Final Contribution Templates
All authors who received via email a notification of acceptance of their abstract are invited to submit online the corresponding Final Contribution. The Proceedings of the conference will be indexed by SCOPUS. Full length papers of up to 8 pages will be published by Procedia Manufacturing of Elsevier (https://goo.gl/s6YhvN) after a post-conference peer-review. Extended full length papers may be submitted for review and publication by Frontiers (https://goo.gl/AsJ9Ft).
Each Final Contribution should be written following the MS Word templates that can be found below. The file has to be translated to Portable Document Format (pdf) before submission. Authors must upload the pdf file, correctly formatted, on the conference website. The maximum size of the uploaded pdf file is 10 MB. The deadline for uploading the final contribution is September 30th 2019, in order to be included in the Conference CD/USB stick. NOTE: in order to be considered for publication by Procedia Manufacturing of Elsevier the deadline is November 30th 2019.
