- The university has an artificial lake with a surface area of 40,000 square meters and a capacity of 140,000 cubic meters.
- The university has an earthen dam that is filled in the winter from Seoul, neighboring areas, with a capacity of 170,000 cubic meters.
- The university has a solar power station with a capacity of 5 megawatts and a production capacity of about 7974 megawatts / hour. There is a plan to establish a 20 MW station.
- The university has the founding King Abdullah University Hospital, which is a building consisting of a main tower that contains fifteen floors and low buildings consisting of three floors, with an area of 95,583 square meters, and a capacity of 678 beds that can be expanded to 819 beds in case of emergency, in addition to To the radiation building and its area is 2000 square meters.
