Welcome To Our Department
This department offers courses in pathology and animal health sciences for undergraduate and graduate students. The staff members carry out teaching and research responsibilities in areas of veterinary herd health and productivity and various aspects of veterinary public health such as food safety.
The courses offered by the Department include: Animal husbandry, animal breeding and genetics, poultry management, animal nutrition, veterinary pathology, veterinary clinical pathology, poultry diseases, dairy hygiene, meat hygiene, toxicology and forensic medicine, epidemiology and herd health, fish sciences, management and diseases of laboratory animals.
The Department also offers the courses of animal health I-III for non-veterinary medicine students.
