Wireless Network (WLAN)
To Setup Wireless connection in IOS, Android and Windows 10 

To Setup Wireless connection in older versions of windows 

1. Right-click on internet icon and select "Open Network and Internet Settings".
   - In the opened window scroll down to “Network and Sharing Center”.


2. Select "Set up a new connection or network"

3. Select "Manually connect to a wireless network" and click “Next”.

The "Manually connect to a wireless network" box appears. Make the following entries:
4. Enter "JUST WLAN" as the Network name.
Important: for students who live in Housing ​compound, they should type "JUST-Dorm" in "Network name" box.
5. Select "WPA2-Enterprise" as the Security type.
Then click “Next”.

6. When the following dialog box appears, click on "Change connection settings".

The “JUST WLAN Wireless Network Properties" box ​​appears.​
7. Click on the "Security" tab.​
8. Click on the "Settings" button.

9. Make sure the "Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate" is not checked. 
Note: If you use Windows 7 you will see “Validate Server Certificate” instead, uncheck it as well.
10. Click the "Configure..." button.

11. Verify the “Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any)” box is not checked and Click “Ok”.
12. Click “Ok”.

13. Back to the Security tab, click on "Advanced Settings".

14. Check "Specify Authentication mode".
15. And choose "User Authentication" from drop-down menu.
16. Click on “Save credentials” button.

When “Save credentials” window appears:
17. Enter your student ID and Wireless password.
Important: for students who admitted before 2017, the ID of wireless account is your old ID 
(ex: 2015xxxxxxxxx)

- Click “Ok” for all opened windows and you done.


To request an access point:
- An official letter to CIC needed.


To report a malfunction:
- Open a service ticket through OR Call Helpdesk on Ext# 500
