The Information Technology and Communications Center (ITCC) team created and developed the "Conference Subscription System" in collaboration with the Human Resources Unit as part of its aim to automate services in all university units and facilities. The system's goal is to automate the process of applying for a participation in conferences both inside and outside Jordan, as well as to make it easier for academics on the university's teaching staff to attend scientific conferences that address topics of interest to the university or are related to the needs of the country and its issues and concerns.

Using this system, professors can input all the necessary information regarding the conference they intend to attend. The system also automates approval processes and other workflow-related procedures mandated by different university entities, resulting in time and effort savings.
