The role is to plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links, as well as providing, operating, managing and maintaining the infrastructure of servers, storage systems, and applications serving the university community

Network Services
Network services include planning, designing, managing, and supporting the network infrastructure to meet the needs of the university, its faculties and departments, as well as internal housing for students, and the Health Center in Irbid.
The network is able to provide high-quality video and audio data, enabling users of the network within the university to communicate with high speed, and includes more than 10,000 points networks in all university buildings.
Wireless network
The University's network services include a network of wireless coverage throughout the campus, including faculties, indoor buildings with the highest standards of communication and protection.
The number of wireless access points has increased significantly, reaching more than 650 access points which covered all classrooms, Library, Housing buildings, and new Presidency building.
Telecommunications Services
Telecommunications services include the design, installation, and support of a wide range of telephone and voice services available to the University's departments and faculties.
Telephone services are available to members of the teaching and administrative staff and students residing in the university housing to cover local and international calls through the provision of more than 4000 telephone devices with different technologies such as analog, digital and IP Phone.

Network security is one of our top priorities in the center, through advanced systems working to provide high protection for the information technology and communications center and all the main systems in the university.
Applications of Main systems
Managing Active Directory to provide centralized identification and authentication services for Windows computers, apply policies, update software, add users and modify their privileges
Operate and manage Kaspersky Anti-Virus on users' computers at the university
Operate and manage the KMS system to provide licensed Microsoft products activation on University users' devices
Operate and manage the RDS system to provide a centralized service for users' access to Oracle application forms and reports at the university
Providing the necessary software and licenses to operate, develop, maintain, support and protect the University's applications, programs and services
Email services
Provide and manage email service, distribution lists, and permissions to all JUST faculty members, employees and students using Microsoft Office 365. JUST currently providing more than 3,000 email accounts for Academic and Administration staff, and more that 40,000 student accounts, all these accounts are lifetime. in addition to providing mail sending services through various applications in the university
Main Systems services
Manage, follow up, and ensure effectiveness of servers, storage systems, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software. Responsible for on-site and off-site data centers. Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades, manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expansions and upgrades.
