As it renders its Information and Telecommunications services to the academic community around it, an information technology and communications center constitutes an indispensable lever to the organization that it serves. With a one-of-a-kind level of technological support, the JUST Information Technology & Communication Center(ITCC) has long strived to fulfill, we are on a pace that is commensurate with the technological advancements of the 4th industrial revolution of the 21st century. As we do so, this center is bound to fulfill the needs of the various technological communities encompassing such posh trends as IoT, Big Data, High Speed Algorithms, and Cybersecurity; areas commonly deemed as the technologies of the day. As we avail these capabilities, we do them with the highest assurances of user friendliness, privacy, data secrecy, with the strictest measures well laid in place to counter any web attacks, while warranting the security of the entire institutional infrastructure.

I assume this position in total recognition of the superb capabilities of the great cadre that has upheld the integrity of this institutional unit for many years, while I assure the rest of institution of an ongoing professional development, which I am undertaking, of the team I have been charged with the task of leading. In fact, knowing upfront the outstanding capabilities of the great people that I have been charged with leading, I can guarantee that the center will now be on a path that would avail every possible service needed by every constituent of this institution.

Having said all of that, I will work closely with every other institutional unit within JUST to ensure that the coming days are better days for research faculty, the teaching faculty and all aspiring students who had decided to call JUST as their ultimate home in fulfillment of some promising career paths. In so doing, I will work rather closely with the upper administration so that towards the end, this computer center will be front and center towards fulfilling the administration’s ultimate needs moving forward.
